The exact pen I use with every client in my clinic - now yours to use at home
It's likely you have already tried tracking apps, supplements, changing your diet, cutting caffeine, reading every fertility article you can find, yet you still have no answers.
What many women aren’t told is that fertility isn’t just about ovulation timing or hormone levels in isolation, it’s about communication within the body – between brain and ovaries, stress response and reproductive system, circulation and uterine lining.
Acupressure works by supporting those communication pathways.
It improves blood flow to the pelvic area, influences the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis and helps regulate the nervous system so your body feels safe enough to prioritise reproduction.
These 3 acupressure points are those I use in clinic and can be safely practiced from home.
If you’re watching the calendar each month and feeling that quiet drop in your stomach when your period arrives, I see you.
This training is a small but meaningful way to shift from helpless to supported.
...then this training is for you! Practised regularly, it's designed to lower stress, increase blood flow to the pelvis, optimise hormone signalling and improve ovulation and implantation.
It's also perfect if you're preparing for IVF.
Before I became an Acupuncturist, I had a career in the police. It was structured, fast paced and grounded in evidence and procedure and I loved the sense of purpose it gave me. But in my late 30s, I found myself navigating my own fertility challenges and at 38 quietly wondering whether time had simply run out.
I know what it feels like to watch the calendar more closely than you’d like to admit. I understand the mix of logic and emotion that comes with hearing statistics about age. And I know how isolating it can feel when you’re high functioning on the outside but privately anxious about why your body isn’t doing what you want it to. Acupuncture and acupressure became part of my own turning point. I finally understood what it could achieve and I didn’t just want to use acupuncture, I wanted to understand it properly so I could help others too. This led me to completing a degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and to specialise in women’s health and fertility.
Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of women to conceive naturally after months or years of trying, to improve egg quality and go into IVF stronger and more prepared. I’ve helped women to regulate cycles that had been unpredictable for years and to finally welcome longed-for babies after being told their chances were low. I care deeply about understanding hormones in context and helping the body naturally to do what it’s always been created to do.

This is usually the first thing women ask me in clinic. Acupressure doesn’t “make” you pregnant. What it does is support the systems that need to be working well for conception to happen — circulation to the pelvis, nervous system regulation and hormonal balance.
These are the same mechanisms I work on with acupuncture needles in clinic. The difference here is that I’m teaching you how to stimulate specific, carefully chosen points at home in a structured way, rather than randomly pressing things you’ve seen online.
Yes — the points inside this course are ones I regularly use with women who are trying naturally and those preparing for IVF.
You’ll be guided on when to use them in your cycle and when to pause. They’re gentle and supportive. If you have a complex medical condition you should always check with your healthcare provider, but for most women this is a calm, safe addition to what they’re already doing.
Some women feel different quite quickly — often calmer, sleeping better or less wired before their period.
Cycle changes take longer. Hormones respond to consistency, not intensity. I usually say give it one to three cycles to properly assess what’s shifting. This isn’t about dramatic overnight results, it’s about steady physiological change.
It depends on your situation. For some women, this becomes a powerful daily foundation and creates noticeable shifts on its own. For others, especially if cycles are very irregular or IVF is planned, it works beautifully alongside in-clinic acupuncture and tailored support.
Think of this as strengthening your baseline rather than replacing everything else.
Age matters. Egg quality matters. Stress matters.
Acupressure won’t override biology, but it can support blood flow, hormonal communication and nervous system balance — all of which are particularly important in your late 30s and early 40s.
Many of the women I work with are in exactly that stage of life. This isn’t about panic. It’s about optimising what you can influence.
You don’t need millimetre perfection.
I teach you how to find each point using clear landmarks on your body so you feel confident you’re in the right area. It’s about consistent, steady stimulation — not pressing as hard as possible or getting it “exact”.
